At the dental office of Dr. Aron Turner, our highly skilled lab technicians have the experience and expertise you need. We are also able to offer same day affordable dentures because we have our own professional denture lab on the premises.
Same Day Dentures
Your first session for your Same Day Dentures with Dr. Turner will begin between 8:20 and 9:40 a.m. During this session he will take impressions of your teeth and gums as well as any old dentures that you wish to simulate. A bite relation will be taken and a shade for the new denture teeth.
Approximately one and one-half-hours later, the dentures will be ready for the try-in. At that time, Dr. Turner will check the fit, the function and appearance of the wax dentures in your mouth.
Full Dentures and Partial Dentures
Upon your approval, an appointment will be scheduled for you to pick up your new partial dentures or full dentures. Payment for your Same Day Dentures is due in full at this time. If you have dental insurance, please be sure to request an insurance form, which you can submit for reimbursement.
When you return to receive your new dentures, Dr. Turner will go through a series of checks to carefully adjust them before you leave. In addition there are no additional charges for further adjustments after your same day dentures settle into your gums.
Denture Reline and Denture Repair
If, however, your gums have shrunk because the dentures were made soon after the extraction of your teeth, or you lost weight and now they no longer fit your gums, then we need to bring you in for a denture reline. A reline means we take impressions inside your denture and add acrylic to the inside to tighten the fit to your new gum shape (There is a fee for this procedure). We also offer same day denture repair, should you need it.
